We are very excited to introduce our newly appointed Centre Director for Georges Hall, Khushboo.

Khushboo is over the moon to be Georges Hall’s Centre Director as she loves playing with children and forming lifelong friendships with parents.

Khushboo graduated from Western Sydney University with a degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education which has allowed her to gain an understanding on the importance of school readiness and also published the booklet Why School Readiness?  Khushboo has also completed here Masters of Education at University of Technology Sydney. She is currently working on her thesis on Early physical development of young children at Macquarie University so brings lots of knowledge and experience to this new role.

She began working at Little Kingdom Childcare Centre as one of Georges Hall’s leading educators.  It was during this time that Khushboo developed a love of learning and encouraging children to love learning through playtime. Her favourite part of working at Little Kingdom Childcare Centre is seeing the smiles on parents and their children’s faces when they first walk into the centre every morning.

“Their welcoming nature makes me feel that I belong here and being part of this amazing family is the best thing that has happened to me.”

Khushboo values creativity and believes that children learn through sharing and being part of their social surroundings. In her new position, Khushboo looks forward to modeling this through her interaction with families, children and educators. She will also focus on supporting and mentoring the staff in all possible ways to make sure they enjoy working at Little Kingdom Childcare Centre just as much as she does. Most importantly, Khushboo aims to build a supportive and loving environment where all families are welcomed into the Little Kingdom Childcare Centre community and children and parents alike feel at home when they are at Georges Hall.

When not at work Khushboo loves to play music on her keyboard, hike in natural surroundings and spend time with her family.
